Almost being the key word here, people. I expect there’s going to be some head butting in that father /son in-law relationship, as per usual. But it will be nice to see them getting along in other aspects.

Its posts like these that have me thinking I might be too old for this fandom. I just can’t get use to seeing people jokingly say they want to physically harm Aaron because he’s so talented and/or good looking. When did this become an acceptable response as a compliment to anyone? “I love you so much that I hate you because you ruin my life with my obsession over you.”

Gone are the days when you can just call your celebrity crush a dork (which I’ve done many a time - Hello, Allen Leech). Now you must say you ‘hate’ them or tell them to “go to hell” or “fuck off”. Such a sweet and oh so clever bunch of fans he’s has, isn’t it? *sigh*

Of all the fandoms I’ve ventured into, to I’ve never seen one this extreme. Is this the norm for youth culture right now? This is what is passing for dry wit nowadays?
